What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

I wake up when the dog tells me it is time. If he wants a lie -in, then I get one too. The evenings are pretty much the same game. He’ll walk back and forth to the  foot of the stairs, with his chosen toy clasped tightly in his mouth. Maybe a whimper now and again, but it makes no difference to me what time it is. I can watch Netflix or Prime upstairs or down. #asimplelife
