How do you manage screen time for yourself?

That little brush with the afterlife I had back in spring when pneumonia nearly tipped me over the edge. I don’t know. Things just change organically, really. I just stopped scrolling. Maybe I just didn’t have the energy? I uninstalled lots of apps and only kept a few because I didn’t want to lose touch totally with buddies I’d made online over the last fifteen years or so.

Now I’ll just check the Sky News app, first thing. The weather, collect some time rewards for an interior design game I don’t play every day and drop into WP to see what the deal is.

Depending on Patches plans for the morning I’ll check out Reader if  time allows before our first walk. There are some really great posts out there today! You guys are nailing it.

Later, I’ll exercise some grey matter with an hour of word and card games and then tonight Netflix or Prime….or at the moment 7 seasons of Ray Donovan has landed on the channel 4 app. Each with 10-12 episodes.
