Recharge in Progress..revisited

What do you think gets better with age?
Reflection becomes fuel, not baggage

I can assure you that what doesn’t get better with age is energy levels.

A long car drive home yesterday after a lovely holiday has left me a tad weary around the edges.

But it is a good Daily Prompt and one I wish to  answer. First off, I have to recharge.

I’ll revisit and hope you’ll come by later x

***** The nap was nice but not enough. Maybe I got disconnected from the charger or something. Anyways, on reflection, I think I’ll just allow this prompt sail by. From what you ‘ol timers inform me, they do get repeated now and  again.

So, I will wait for another time to write a post  about the positive aspects of the ageing process, like the love of stillness and quiet, the BS meter, which becomes razor sharp, appreciation of the world around us, despite a handful of muppets put in charge who insist on trying to help the planet implode. How-

My life has been a tapestry

Of rich and royal hue,

An everlasting vision

Of the ever changing view.

A wond’rous woven magic

In bits of blue and gold,

A tapestry to feel and see,

Impossible to hold
