What’s the best local dish you’ve ever eaten while traveling?

If you are au fait with my blog, you will know I have a place deep in my heart for Chennai, in Southern India.

The food, the side-dishes, and the chutneys are to die for.

A glass of chai and a vada in the afternoon. Sublime.

Hand on heart, if I could swap my daily intake for south Indian fayre, I would be a very happy bunny.
